INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. MSMETICS is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information provided. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact MSMETICS within 7 days. All issues must be resolved within 7 working days of original contact.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. MSMETICS is not liable for  any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. MSMETICS has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back.
