The Power seal is a specially formulated clear liquid that forms
an advanced Moisture Barrier between the skin and your makeup, controls oil,
keeps sweat at bay and extend makeup wear. Perfect for cool and extreme
hot weather conditions.

DIRECTIONS
Pump power seal on cotton pad and apply lightly on a moisturized skin
apply to T zone and other oil prone areas. Allow it to dry completely,
then proceed with makeup application.
