Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during sales and promotions orders may take an additional time to process (see below).
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. For additional information regarding our return policy please visit our return policy page.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
CANADA ORDERS
All orders within CANADA are shipped Within (1-2 BUSINESS Days).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped within (3-10 working days)
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. MSMETICS does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
MSMETICS is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information provided. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact MSMETICS within 7 days. All issues must be resolved within 7 working days of original contact.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. MSMETICS is not liable for any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. MSMETICS has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back.
